You can create your onboarding process with your preferred configuration using the workflow section in the customer portal
In order to create your own workflow follow these steps :
There are four steps you can add to your onboarding process
Note: You must add a Mandatory ID Scanning step or User's choice ID Scanning in order to be able to add a Background check or Face authentication
In this section, you can add your mandatory ID that the user must scan or upload in your onboarding process as shown in the example below
Note: You can check Passport from all countries to accept passports document from all the countries listed
In this section you can add multiple supported documents from different countries, the user can choose a document from one country in his onboarding process as shown in the example below
Note: You can check Passport from all countries to accept passports document from all the countries listed
You can check multiple documents, delete or replace the selected country
If you want to use the NFC step during the onboarding you should fulfill these three conditions:
The chosen document supports NFC.
No-code KYC configuration type is Mobile App Only.
Your account and contract include the NFC feature.
Then you can enable the NFC toggle for the document and users with devices that support NFC will be forced to do the step.
If you want to perform a Lookup operation during the onboarding you should fulfill these three conditions:
The chosen document supports Lookup.
No-code KYC configuration type is NOT Mobile App Only.
Your account and contract include the Lookup feature.
Then you can enable the Lookup toggle for the document.
In this section you can enable the background screening for your users, it has a configuration where you can enable

In this section you can enable facial recognition for your users, and you can set the maximal attempts for a single onboarding process
You will have the possibility to save your workflow, edit or delete steps
Note: In order to be able to delete Mandatory ID scanning or User's choice ID screening make sure to delete Background Screening and Face Authentication first
