# Create a support request

1. Please login to the uqudo portal at <https://portal.uqudo.com>. If you don't have an account, reach out to your uqudo sales representive.

2. Press "Support" on the left menu bar.<br>

3. Press "New Support Ticket".<br>

4. Submit your support request. <br>
