This use case is applicable for onboarding for regulated services with average level of compliance requirements (such as telecommunications, procurement for medium and large enterprises etc.)

API Used:

Data Matching API - to validate that documents provided are meeting expectations

Company API - to get information on Basic, Contact, Business Activity, Ownership and Ownership Extended data groups as well as run screening on the company.

On this page information about onboarding process is displayed to make it easier for user to prepare for the onboarding and have all the necessary information ready


General Information

User provides general information and documents on the company.

System runs a set of validations that allow to ensure data quality and consistency as well as key risk assessment validations (such as the check if company is active)


Check / complete Company information

System displays information that it was able to collect. Users can complete and enhance provided information.


Check / complete Organizational information

System displays information that it was able to collect on Managers, Shareholders and UBOs. User can complete and enhance provided information as well as add additional individuals that are not directly related to the company.


Confirm Application Submission.

Once information is captured, the user selects Signatory and confirms that he wants to submit this application and data is correct.


E-sign with OTP.

System sends OTP to the email provided for the selected Signatory and the user enters OTP on the UI to confirm Application submission.
